Design Phase

The RedRow design experience will soon have you working closely with some innovative and talented designers who are well trained to take your unique ideas and transform them into functional design elements.

From concept sketch through to final working drawings you will be guided from stage to stage by our design team.

So get inspired, start recording your ideas and be prepared to be guided through a design experience that will see your home evolve before your eyes.

Every home is unique, and everyone will invariably take a different amount of time to decide on the perfect design outcome for them and in turn that design will define the cost.
Once the design for your home has been completed and approved, the next step is construction.

Construction Phase

Now that your home is through design and about to start being built you will need to know what construction stages your home will undergo and when you will reach certain milestones.

A functional and flexible building system is essential to any home building project. At Redrow, all the stages of building are transparent from the beginning, so you always know what stage you are at and where you stand on your own personal building timeline.

Everyone wants their home as quickly as possible, but you also want to ensure that you are getting a home that has been designed and built with the utmost attention to detail and quality assurance. RedRow strive to provide this balance.  There are a number of factors that may or may not affect the construction time, such as type of design, weather and site conditions. However on average construction take between 4 to 8 months.

RedRow have formulated the following timeline as a guide to the building process.

Foundation: The base of the building is in place

Frame: The building structure and roofing are in place

Fix-Out: The doors, windows, tiling, fixings and fittings are installed and complete.

Completion: The home is completed in accordance with the contract.

Custom Interiors

RedRow clients also provide an Interior Designer on request to guide you through matching everything from the lighting system to the wall colours and floor coverings.
